Haval talked about their new brutal crossoverJune 2, 2020
A few days ago on the web appeared teasers of a car with a factory index of B06. Then many attributed the novelty to the H-line. Now much has become clear.
Haval talked about his new crossover with the B06 index. Information appeared on the web on Tuesday, June 2. The car with the factory index B06 will open a new B-line of models of the Chinese brand, which will join the existing H and F, as well as the budget M6. Representatives of the Chinese brand very skillfully fueled interest in the new car. A couple of weeks ago, official sketches appeared, which were positioned as images of the new generation Haval H5.
A little later on the web showed teasers of brutal cross-country, which many reminded the legendary Mercedes G-Class. On the teaser, one could consider the words “I’m not H5.” Then many thought that the sketches and teasers were two different cars. However, it turned out that this is the same machine, and it will open a new line with the index B.
Now the exterior of the car is declassified before the official debut. The novelty received a square body, an original grille, large round headlights in front and stylish L-shaped taillights. Officially, Haval has not yet shown the interior of the car, but spy photos have already hit the Web.
Among the innovations, we note the unusual shape of the digital dashboard and infotainment complex. Dashboard got a visor, and multimedia equipped with a display with a rounded screen shape. We can also see the swivel washer instead of the classic gearshift lever. At the same time, the Haval B06 will not be a continuation of the H5 model, as it will be built on a new platform. The engine range should include 1.5- and 2.0-liter power units with a return of 169 and 197 hp. respectively. They will work in tandem with a 7-band “robot”. For a surcharge, an all-wheel drive system is possible. The official premiere of the new items should be held in the summer of 2020, and sales will begin in the fall.
