Datsun India is preparing an update to its Redi-Go compact hatchback. Teasers of new items were published on the Web on Tuesday, April 28. Recall that the car first entered the market in 2016. The model is very compact – its length does not exceed 3.43 meters. Often on teasers it is difficult to consider something other than a silhouette, but in Datsun, the design of the novelty was slightly opened. The front of the car has received significant changes. Due to narrowed headlights and a massive grille, the car will get an aggressive look, even despite its compact size.
The running lights received an L-shaped design that looks very effective in the dark. On the roof, the new Datsun Redi-Go will receive a large spoiler.
In general, the car is closely connected with Renault Kwid, which makes its appearance similar to this compact model. In the Indian car market, the Datsun Redi-Go is available with two powertrain options. “Junior” is a 54 hp engine at 72 Nm of torque, and a more powerful 1.0-liter engine has a return of 68 hp at 91 Nm of torque. The model is very budget – the cost of the basic version today is 3 390 euros
