A teaser image of the brand new Greek hypercar Apeiron has appeared on the Web.

Niche supercar manufacturers are appearing all over the world. Lykan Hypersport, Devel Sixteen, and the very “young” Spyros Panopoulos Automotive Chaos are some of the most extreme hypercars that challenge the capabilities of such “approved rulers” as the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+. However, the latest brand, SPA, is not content with just one upcoming “monster”. As it became known, in the development of the Greek company is the second supercar named Apeiron. Its goal is to reach a top speed of over 500 km / h, while Chiron’s record achievement was 490 km / h.

Little is known about the new car, but in order to warm up the appetite, the company provided two teasers. Given the extreme complexity of the details in Chaos, it is expected that the Apeiron will also be a difficult machine. Judging by the images, the new model will have large and very aggressive LED headlights and, possibly, a fin above the rear third of the car, very similar to the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut. Fortunately, several details of Apeiron are still known: the engine from the Chaos model, with its power of almost 3,000 horsepower, will perform the main function in the new hypercar.

SPA also claims that the new car will be more complex in terms of design and is expected to be the first car to have a “moving mass” or variable-surface panels. Pagani Huayra immediately comes to mind with its active flaps, which sounds even more extreme. Perhaps this is a configuration with a low resistance for top runs, as well as a track configuration that will create more downforce. How all this will work is still unclear, but the SPA plans to complete development for the Geneva Motor Show in 2021, where, we hope, a new hypercar will be presented.
