Great Wall collects orders for the new Wingle 7EV pickupSeptember 11, 2019
A large Wingle 7 pickup truck has a new “green” version with the prefix “EV”. Dealers of the brand have already started accepting applications for an electric novelty.
Great Wall has offered customers a new version of the Wingle 7 pickup truck, which received an all-electric power plant, whose output reaches 204 horsepower. Without recharging, such an environmentally friendly pickup can drive about 300 kilometers. Externally, the new pickup is distinguished by an athletic front bumper, a hexagonal radiator grill, original head optics, DRLs on LED-matrices and stylish taillights. The interior of the car flaunts modern multimedia with a “soaring” touch screen and a spectacular four-spoke steering wheel.
Until recently, either a two-liter 143-horsepower diesel engine or a 170-horsepower gas engine of the same volume was hidden under the hood of such a pickup. Regardless of the selected power unit, the car received all-wheel drive and 6-speed manual transmission.
Also, buyers could choose a pickup truck with a standard and increased wheelbase. In the first embodiment, we are talking about a length of 5,095 mm with a wheelbase of 3,050 mm. In the second – 5,395 mm in length with a wheelbase of 3,350 mm. The cost of the Great Wall Wingle 7EV electric will be announced tomorrow, September 12th. Recall, an ordinary pickup truck in Chinese car dealerships costs from 86,300 to 138,800 yuan
