A couple of minutes ago, the press service of the company published several images that show the future supercar, which will participate in the famous endurance race “24 hours of Le Mans.” These renders were also accompanied by some information about the technical component of the new product and its potential price. According to the SCG website, the guys are working closely with Podium Advanced Technologies on their new model, and in March a team of engineers will begin “extensive” wind tunnel tests of the SCG 007. It is reported that all work will be completed by June of this year, well, and in August the first copy of the car will be released, and in September it will begin testing in real conditions.
The supercar will receive an 840-horsepower engine and, according to brand engineers, the engine will be able to withstand full load for 30 hours. The weight of the supercar will be 1,100 kg, and SCG seeks to obtain the right to participate in the Le Mans 007 competitions in 2020 or 2021. Now the website shows the price of a new product in the amount of 2.59 million US dollars
