Geneva Motor Show returns from 2022May 29, 2021
The organizers of the Geneva Motor Show have announced that the legendary event will be re-running after a hiatus over the coronavirus pandemic. The event will take place from 19 to 27 February 2022.
Back in February 2020, public gatherings of more than 1,000 people were banned in Switzerland in order to slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, and it is because of this that the organizers of the Geneva Motor Show last year canceled the event. The legendary auto show had to be canceled this year as well.
Fortunately, the situation with the pandemic in many areas of the planet is systematically improving, and the stabilization of the situation with Covid-19 is planned in many aspects of life.
The organizing fund of the Geneva Motor Show a few hours ago announced the resumption of the event – it will happen in 2022.
The 2022 Geneva Motor Show will run from February 19 to February 27, 2022, with official press days slated for February 17 and 18. It should be noted that earlier, the auto show was held in early March.
Those automakers wishing to take part in the 2022 Geneva Motor Show will have to apply by mid-July. According to the organizers of the exhibition, the new event will be an “exciting development” of the Geneva exhibition. However, the organizers do not go into any details about how they will surprise the guests.
