The press service of the South Korean brand has published a video that shows the new generation of the midsize Genesis G80 sedan and indicates that the presentation of the car will be held online March 30 this year.
The 2021 Genesis G80 model year was due to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show this year, but because of the coronavirus, this event was canceled. Now it became known that the official presentation of the new generation of South Korean sedan will be held at the end of this month.
A couple of days ago, Genesis already posted several photos of a mid-size luxury sedan on its Instagram. The new G80 looks very promising – now the car is more like a crossover GV80.
A couple of minutes ago, the automaker’s press service released an advertising video showing the new G80, the video appeared on the official page of the Hyundai Motor Group in the social network Facebook. The frames show the G80 with double headlights and taillights, and an inscription according to which the official presentation of the brand new Genesis G80 will be held on March 30 this year.
So, South Korean Genesis will present its updated mid-size sedan G80 through live broadcast. It’s about eight days later, and yes, we look forward to showing it.
Externally, the next generation G80 is very interesting for its dual optics, which reminds us of a similar one in the GV80 crossover. The body lines look pretty stylish. Inside, the G80 still embodies the Korean interpretation of luxury, and we cannot say that we are not impressed with this. Just take a look at the official photos.
