In the coming years, the American automaker is going to present 20 electric vehicles at once. The brand has already announced some car new items, but most of the projects are still kept secret.
Plans for new cars for the near future are contained in a recently released General Motors report. One of the items is electric vehicles. So, by 2023, Americans are going to present 20 electric cars at once.
These are, for example, the GMC Hummer EV (its premiere may be organized at the end of 2021), as well as electric crossovers Cadillac and Chevrolet. Three SUVs have been booked for Cadillac at once: the Cadillac Lyriq electric cross, which will receive the status of a global model, a family three-row crossover and an electric analogue of the current XT4. In addition, the full-size battery-powered SUV “with DNA” Escalade, as well as the flagship sedan Cadillac Celestiq, will join the brand’s lineup over time.
The Chevrolet brand is preparing for customers a mid-size crossover, a BET Truck pickup, whose range, according to the developers, will exceed 645 kilometers, as well as the Bolt EUV hatchback. Buick has announced a crossover and an SUV among the new products. Another interesting upcoming model is the Cruise Origin unmanned shuttle.
Meanwhile, General Motors has introduced a rival Skoda Octavia. This Baojun RC-5 liftback is a joint product of the American concern and the Chinese SAIC.
