In particular, it is reported about new for GM areas of activity, such as vehicle insurance, delivery service, maintenance and refinement of cars, as well as flying vehicles. Now specialists are engaged in the development of about 20 new enterprises. In other words, General Motors’ management is going to become Apple’s analog in the automotive industry and make money from software and services.

It is worth noting that one way or another, but the first steps towards this are already noticeable – the concern will soon present its new electric car, and at CES 2021 announced the appearance of an unmanned aerial vehicle under the Cadillac brand. In addition, the company has publicly announced its decision to fully switch to the production of electric vehicles by 2035.
