GeigerCars presented a powerful Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk 900 hpMay 29, 2019
German GeigerCars tuning studio has covered the body of a mid-size SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk with the legendary Gulf Oil livery. In addition, the engine power was increased to 900 hp (1,003 Nm).
There is such a livery (body painting) called Gulf Oil, it is quite old and can rightly be called legendary. It became truly famous in the late 60s of the last century, when it was applied to such famous racing cars as the Porsche 917, Ford GT, Mclaren M20 Can-Am and McLaren F1 GTR Longtail.
German tuners from the GeigerCars team decided to take the mid-size SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee as the basis for their new project.
They decided to choose the fastest version of it, called Trackhawk, and paint the body with the legendary livery of Gulf Oil. What can I say, the car began to look somewhat different.
The high-performance crossover also received 22-inch black alloy wheels, supplemented by a set of springs, reducing the amount of ground clearance by 25 mm.
The guys from GeigerCars also worked on a 6.2-liter supercharged V8. As standard, this engine develops 707 horsepower and is the most powerful production SUV in the world. The tuner has installed a special supercharger with a boost pressure, a new air filter, forged pistons and other updates. As a result, the car received an insane amount of power – 900 hp. In addition, torque was raised from 875 to an impressive 1,003 Nm. The maximum speed is now 312 km / h.
