Geely revealed a large 7-seater SUVMarch 23, 2020
The Chinese brand Geely presents the HaoYue model in the Chinese car market. The 4.8-meter SUV will be available in 5- and 7-seater versions with three separate seats in the second row. As its main competitors are called Chery Tiggo 8 and GAC GS8.
The novelty is 4835 mm in length, 1900 mm in width and 1780 mm in height, and the distance between the axles is 2815 mm, and the ground clearance is 190 mm. For the sake of comparison, before the lineup of the brand consisted only of crosses up to 4.6 meters long, so the new model was 31 cm longer than the Atlas.
In China, HaoYue will be available with a 1.8-liter turbo engine with an output of 184 hp. or with a “turbo-engine” of 1.5 liters with a return of 177 hp
The SUV is equipped with LED optics (in the flagship version – matrix headlights), individual adjustment of the 2nd row seats, digital dashboard, adaptive cruise control and a panoramic roof.
In the Chinese market, the HaoYue model will appear closer to summer, then its cost will be announced. Information on the release of cars in other countries is currently not available.
