G-Power pumped the Mercedes-AMG E 63 SAugust 12, 2018
A real “wolf in sheep’s clothing” – this is how the German tuner tuned the station wagon.
The “charged” Mercedes-AMG E 63 S station wagon, even in the stock version, is the limit of dreams for most auto enthusiasts, since its performance is comparable to that of supercars, and if it is further developed, a really “hellish mixture” of power, speed, comfort and practicality will be obtained.
Recall, in the engine compartment E 63 S is a gasoline four-liter bi-turbo V8 M177 with a return of 612 hp. and 850 Nm of torque. The motor is able to disperse the five-door car from zero to the first 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and to a maximum speed of 300 km / h.
The upgrade from G-Power, implying the reprogramming of the electronic engine control unit, increases the engine’s output by 188 hp and 250 Nm, thus, the modified car develops a power of 800 hp and a torque of 1 100 Nm.
Strengthening the wagon power significantly improves the dynamics of the car. Mercedes-AMG E 63 S from G-Power accelerates to 100 km / h for 0.3 seconds faster – in 3.1 seconds, and the maximum speed of the station wagon increases to 340 km / h. With such indicators, the “shed” is able to compete with famous supercars.
In addition, to emphasize the aggressive nature of the car, the studio traditionally offers a set of branded forged 20-inch wheels – Hurricane RR with a classic design of five twin spokes, shod in 245/30 ZR20 tires in the front and 285/25 ZR20 in the rear.
By the way, recently we told about another tuning project based on the charged Mercedes-AMG from G-Power. In the studio, a C 63 S sedan was pumped, though, more modestly, up to 600 hp.
