American General Motors begins sales of a seven-seat modification of the Chevrolet Blazer crossover in China. The presentation of the car took place not so long ago, now it has reached the salons of official dealers. Along with an increase in the number of seats in the cabin by 137 mm, the length of the car also increased – now it is 4,999 mm with a wheelbase of 2,863 mm. The width of the car is 1 953 mm and the height of 1 727 mm. As a power plant, a 2.0-liter engine with a return of 230 hp is used, which works in tandem with a 9-speed automatic transmission, which reduces fuel consumption. Four-wheel drive is already available in the basic version.
Inside, we note the appearance of a modern infotainment system with a 10-inch screen, as well as a modified front panel layout and the presence of a separate climate control unit for second-row passengers. In the maximum configuration, a panoramic roof is available.
In China, only sports modifications with the RS index will be sold. Such a machine will feature a black grille and the presence of red accents on the body.
It will also be equipped with toning wheels that are popular today. The interior of such a car will receive a leather trim with contrasting red stitching. The official price will be announced immediately before the start of sales, but according to the preliminary version it will be 238,900 yuan.
