Comtoyou Racing driver Frederick Vervish sensationally won the second qualification for the WTCR World Cup on the city track in Marrakesh.
The Belgian on the Audi RS 3 LMS, which became only 24th in the first qualification and finished 13th in the Saturday race, declared his claims for pole in the second segment, where he showed the fastest time. And in the final he confirmed his high speed, having passed the best lap with a score of 1.24,721 and, as a result, was almost four tenths of a second ahead of Ivan Muller, who qualified second.
