Ford will introduce the new Puma crossover in the TOP version of the Titanium XSeptember 5, 2019
Ford plans to introduce its new Puma subcompact crossover in the most luxurious performance of the Titanium X. The presentation will be held at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week.
The new Ford subcompact crossover in the most expensive Titanium X configuration will boast removable and washable seat covers and lumbar massage seats. The car will also receive wireless charging and electric rear door, as well as a B & O audio system with 5 speakers and a power of 575 watts.
To further isolate the Titanium X from other versions of the model, the crossover has several glossy black exterior and chrome elements on the false radiator grille and fog lamp rims and side skirts. The changes are completed by side mirrors painted in body color and having a backlight that illuminate the ground when you open the door.
The interior of the Puma Titanium X boasts a leather-wrapped steering wheel and faux-wood elements that are located around the dashboard and also on top of the center console. There are fabric inserts on the door cards.
Under the hood, there is a 1.0-liter turbocharged engine with 123 or 153 hp, which is equipped with a “soft” hybrid system to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. The EcoBoost three-cylinder motor works with an integrated 11.5 kW starter / alternator with a belt drive that accumulates the energy that was spent during braking and uses it to charge a lithium-ion battery.
The Titanium X will have a lane assistance system with edge detection, collision assistance with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane centering and even sign recognition.
