Ford along with the 2- and 4-door Bronco introduced the Sport version.
The novelty received a plastic lining of the body, which, in turn, has a flatter shape. Designers also equipped Bronco Sport with short overhangs to maximize its off-road capabilities. In addition, the model has got holes in the front wing and a safari-style roof.
The stern is equipped with original lights and a rear door with a large Bronco Sport logo. As for the dimensions of the new product, they are as follows: length – 4387 mm, width – 2088 mm, height – 1783 – 1890 mm, and the size of the wheelbase is 2670 mm.
Inside the SUV appeared an 8.0-inch touch screen multimedia system SYNC, which is surrounded by ventilation holes and audio control buttons, climate control and a simple center console.
The new SUV will be offered in five trim levels: Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands and First Edition. The car, in particular, has the Co-Pilot360 safety package, which includes automatic braking systems, frontal collision warning, blind spot monitoring, a rear view camera and automatic high beam switching.
The range of Bronco Sport engines is represented by two EcoBoost engines: a 3-cylinder 1.5-liter unit with a capacity of 181 hp. (257 Nm) and a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with 245 hp (372 Nm). Together with both installations operates an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Since the model is primarily focused on off-road, it is equipped with a suspension with special settings and the GOAT system, which includes driving modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery and Sand.
The cost of the Ford Bronco Sport will start at $ 28,155. Sales of new items should begin before the end of this year, and now anyone can pre-order it, leaving a deposit of $ 100.
