At the beginning of last year, Ford announced plans to launch a powerful Mustang-based electric crossover by 2020.
In August 2019, the head of the company a prototype may appear in November this year, from which many foreign publications concluded that the all-electric high-performance SUV from Ford will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. However, there is no confirmed information, there is no leak.
Moreover, when motor1.com reporters contacted Ford representatives to find out if the production or concept version of the electric car is going to arrive in Los Angeles, the company said that “it has no news about the LA Auto Show plans.”
Initially, the American automaker planned to give the name of the model not yet named Mach1. But this idea did not find recognition among fans of the brand, so the final name is still unknown. According to preliminary information, a high-performance crossover with zero emissions will be offered with two ranges of power reserve: the basic version – up to 484 km, the more expensive model – up to 600 km.
