The recently unveiled Ford Bronco could potentially get a performance version of the Raptor. This version of the model was mentioned on the profile of one of the employees of Ford, informs on Wednesday, August 26, the portal Bronco6G.
According to the employee’s profile, the American company is working on the Bronco Raptor, which may appear in 2023. However, there are no details.
It is worth saying that these are not the first rumors about the Bronco Raptor. Earlier it was reported that the high-performance variation will receive a 2.7-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 engine. This engine is optionally offered for the standard Bronco, where it develops 310 hp. (542 Nm). At the same time, on the Edge ST, this unit produces 335 hp.
In addition, there was talk that the powerful Bronco modification will be equipped with a 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 engine, developing 400 hp on the Explorer ST. (562 Nm). At the same time, it was also said that a 5.0-liter V8 would be located under the hood of a productive SUV.
The Bronco Raptor, in particular, can get unique styling and off-road suspension.
