Ford introduced a cross-variation of the updated Focus with luxury equipmentDecember 8, 2019
The top-end Focus variant with a package of bad roads appeared in Europe.
Ford has released the “premium” Vignale variation for the fourth generation Focus in the all-terrain Active performance. The new car combines a plastic cross-body kit, 30 mm increased ground clearance and roof rails with an expanded list of options in the standard version.
Externally updated Focus in the top version of Vignale can be recognized by the original two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels, bumpers with parking sensors and LED optics. In addition, the new Ford will be equipped with a black roof and mirrors with a contrasting body. Inside the Focus Active X Vignale there are leather chairs and a steering wheel, the presence of a parking assistant and a projection display.
The range of engines for the Ford Focus Active X Vignale has not yet been disclosed. Presumably, the top version can be ordered with the most powerful engines of the EcoBoost and EcoBlue ranges: a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a return of 150 or 182 horsepower or a 150-horsepower 2.0-liter diesel engine.
Next year Ford is going to show a moderately hybrid variation of the new Focus with a 48-volt starter-generator, working along with a liter “turbo-engine”. It is possible that such a modification will also be available in the Active X Vignale variant.
