Ford F-150 prototype spotted with magnetic paint body

According to recently released “spy” photos, the new generation of the full-size Ford F-150 pickup, which has aluminum body panels, will receive magnetic paint.

At the disposal of our publication were photographs, which capture a test prototype of the new F-150, on the body of which there are several inscriptions. The full-size pickup truck isn’t just a popular vehicle for many people – it’s the main work truck in the United States for many businesses. Advertising banners that stick to the car body are actively used by them.

But since the new generation of the American pickup truck has aluminum body panels, to which a magnet does not stick, it was decided to apply magnetic beauty to them, so that something could continue to cling to it.

These photos clearly show the 2021 Ford F-150, and the manufacturer’s license plate on the back tells us that this truck belongs to Ford. We see the King Ranch badge on the tailgate, as well as black banners advertising the fake company – the phone number listed is actually the Ford customer service hotline.

Magnetic paint already exists and is often used to paint walls in homes. It is mainly composed of a mixture of iron filings, to which magnets adhere. On the captured F-150, fake banners are placed on the hoods, sides and rear; exactly where such banners are commonly used.

We don’t know how much this paint option might cost, but it can certainly make the F-150 more attractive to buyers looking to advertise their business. We will not be surprised if such a purchase option appears in the near future.

Not so long ago, AutoTimseNews wrote that school buses will receive a giant 7.3-liter Ford Godzilla engine. The partnership between Ford and American bus manufacturer Blue Bird continues.
