Ford F-150 electric version releasedDecember 1, 2020
The first pictures of the electric version of the Ford F-150 appeared on the web.
Serial production of the electric version of the Ford F-150 begins at the new Rouge Electric Vehicle Center in Dearborn in mid-2022.
The automaker has already announced that it will be the fastest and most powerful model in the history of the entire line, but has not revealed any details about the car. The designers tried to imagine what this pickup would look like. Note that this year the company has already published one teaser, but the electric car depicted on it did not differ much from the usual 2021 F-150.
The main detail is the full width LED strip, which is preserved in the presented render. According to company representatives, the electric F-150 is not a lifestyle model, but a full-fledged workhorse that can be operated as a mobile generator.
Its front rack can hold hundreds of pounds of cargo. The car will have a full, twin-engine drive by default. A few weeks ago, the automaker announced its decision to increase the production of the electric version of the pickup by one and a half times, allocating additional investments for this.
