Ford announced the exact date of the premiere of the new SUV BroncoJune 14, 2020
Initially, the debut was supposed to take place at the New York Auto Show in April this year, but the event was canceled. Presentation of the car will be held online.
Ford unveiled the exact debut date of its new Bronco SUV. The novelty will be presented on July 9 in online mode. Earlier, representatives of the American company had already announced their desire to present the car in July, but the exact day was not named. After the coronavirus epidemic, the format of online presentations became very popular and was loved by many.
The new Ford Bronco several times caught in the lenses of spy camera during test tests. Due to the square silhouette of the body and round headlights, its appearance turned out to be very brutal. Ford regards the car as the main competitor for the Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover Defender.
It is expected that the car will be available in three- and five-door versions. The developers focused on good cross-country ability and a large number of electronic assistants for the driver.
There are no official data on SUV motors. However, the press sounded a variety of options – in particular, a 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbo engine and a 2.7-liter V6 with a output of 329 hp, which is used in the Ford F-150. As a transmission, the developers prepared a 7-speed manual transmission or a modern “automatic machine” with 10 steps.
