For the Mercedes-AMG G63 SUV prepared a wide body kitJanuary 28, 2019
Tuning studio from UK Onyx Edition, presented a rather interesting modification of the German SUV Mercedes-AMG G63. The car received a wide-body kit and increased to 720 hp. power.
The Mercedes-AMG G63 is a truly amazing car of its kind. After all, this full-size SUV can boast of incredible dynamics, which is only possible by supercars with their perfectly streamlined bodies. Its 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 engine can produce 577 horsepower.
Well, its anti-aerodynamic form (square form) was its big drawback. Although despite this, in the race in a straight line, high-performance Mercedes-AMG G63 managed to overtake the crossovers Range Rover SVR and Audi SQ7.
All the existing shortcomings of the SUV decided to fix the guys from the tuning studio Onyx Concept from the UK. They called their creation the Mercedes-AMG G63 “Onyx Edition”.
The guys re-created for the iconic German SUV aerodynamic body kit – front bumpers, reinforced door sills, side vents made of carbon fiber, rear diffuser, duck tail spoiler and rear wing. The car even has a tailor-made exhaust system, its connections are located on the sides. The hood of the SUV is also ventilated, and 22-inch diamond-trimmed wheels are used as the rims. But the brakes look a bit small for these colossal wheels. Huge wheels fit the Mercedes-AMG G63 wide-body body kit. In fact, I was a little surprised when I saw such a wide set of body parts for this car.
Of course, the most important part of the upgraded G63 is under its hood. Tuners increased engine power to 720 hp Build costs 200,000 euros
