For sale put up an exact copy of the Ferrari 360 made from Toyota
June 29, 2020In Germany, they put up for sale an exact copy of the Ferrari 360 Spider, which was made from the old Toyota MR2.
According to the owner, the replica outwardly repeats the original, and the similarity is ensured by spare parts from a real Ferrari. It seems that this is not the original Ferrari, but the Japanese model is quite difficult, because the developers were able to make an almost identical aerodynamic body kit, remove the mufflers in the same way, equip the cars with similar 5-spoke wheels and 360 Modena optics.
Alterations give proportions and the point of withdrawal of the fuel tank. Specialists, in particular, did not save on the cabin: it is worth noting the appearance of a new dashboard that mimics the original, like a 3-spoke steering wheel, round ventilation deflectors, seat belts and floor mats with Ferrari markings, as well as special accessories.
However, after starting the engine, a copy of Ferrari will give itself away, as it is equipped with a 140-horsepower “four” volume of 1.8 liters, while the Italian model has a 400-horsepower V8 engine of 3.6 liters.
For Toyota MR2 2000 production year with a mileage of 137,000 km, converted to a Ferrari, you will have to pay 27,000 euros. According to the seller, the copy is unpretentious in maintenance, and it has no problems with the documentation.
In addition, it has recently been noted that a rare BMW M3 Evo II model of the 1988 production year is being sold at auction.
