Australian Muscle Car Sales sells a 1977 hatchback Holden Torano A9X muscle car.
Torana A9Xs were built to compete in the Bathurst 1000, Australia’s most important automobile competition. A total of 405 models were built, of which 305 were in the sedan, and 100 in the hatchback, as was the car for sale. In particular, this car stands out for its shade of Atlantis Blue, only 4 Torana A9X hatchbacks were painted in such a color.
As follows from the announcement of the sale, the original operating manual, registration books and all other documents are attached to the car, including letters of verification from Holden Historical Services and General Motors Holden.
The muscle car is equipped with a 240-horsepower V8 engine with a capacity of 5.0 liters, which is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. This A9X differs from other Torana models with a rear hood bucket, which is designed to increase air flow into the engine compartment, as well as other original details.
