First look at the updated Audi Q7 through the RS magnifierAugust 26, 2019
The powerful design of the Audi RS6 Avant station wagon impressed the fans so much that for a week artists have been wondering about the appearance of other future models of the top line with the same features. A new batch of sketches depict the RS Q7 crossover.
And this is no coincidence: the Germans promised six new models under the top RS index. And we know that Audi designers prefer not to make noticeable external differences between cars of different segments. And if earlier the RS nameplate was put only on sedans, station wagons and compact SUVs, now the market requires powerful and fast off-road vehicles. So, the company promised a charged modification Q7 a few years ago. The flagship RS Q8 already with a roar rolls around the Nurburgring.
As for technology: RS Q7 can get a twin-supercharged V8 with a capacity of about 630 hp paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, as in the Lamborghini Urus and Porsche Cayenne Turbo. According to forecasts, the crossover from Audi will be configured for greater comfort compared to competing relatives from the VAG concern.
