Fiat introduced the sport version of the 500X Sport subcompact crossoverSeptember 13, 2019
The Italian company continues to develop its popular 500x crossover. Now the model is one of the best-selling in the brand line in Italy and Europe. The novelty received a sports body kit, a modified suspension and a new engine.
The Fiat 500x is a subcompact crossover that enjoys the fame of its predecessor, the compact Fiat 500 hatchback. However, having appeared in 2014, it has won its market share and is among the best-selling Fiat in Italy and Europe. In 2018, the model received a restyling, and now its sport version is officially presented.
The 500x Sport crossover received a new sports body kit, expressed in the front bumper with increased air intakes, as well as in the grille with horizontal wide stripes. In addition to the appearance, the model received a retuned suspension with clearance 13 mm below the standard, as well as new alloy wheels 19 inches. A number of changes also took place in the cabin: a new front panel design, an Alcantara steering wheel and black leather appeared in the interior trim.
The highlight of the “baby” was the new 1.3-liter FireFly Turbo engine with a maximum power of up to 150 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque. Paired with him is a robotic transmission.
