
Ferrari’s new hybrid supercar will receive a 700-horsepower engine

So, the novelty will acquire a hybrid power unit, which will consist of a 3.0-liter gasoline twin-turbo V6 engine and one electric motor. The total performance of the power plant will be approximately 700 hp.
Along with this, the foreign agency reports that the new supercar will receive a rear-wheel drive system and will be able to cover only electric traction distances of up to 24 – 32 kilometers.
It is assumed that the novelty will occupy a place in the Italian brand’s lineup between models such as the 968-horsepower SF90 Stradale and the 592-horsepower Portofino. As for the name of the new model, when it hits the series, it is expected that the car will receive the index 486.
Speaking of the date of the premiere of the new hybrid of Ferrari, it should debut this year. As a reminder, Ferrari is an Italian car company based in Maranello that manufactures sports and racing cars. Note that this company was founded in 1947.
In addition, some time ago it was reported that the Italian company Ferrari may abandon V12 engines in the near future. It should be emphasized that the last car with this engine may be the Ferrari 812 GTO.
