So, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles may change its name in the North American market on demand of ADW Capital Management LLC there will be several changes. And one of them will be the renaming of the company, the unification of the Fiat brand with other brands in Europe, as well as the possible sale of Maserati and Alfa Romeo. This is due to the fact that 97% of the company’s profits in the third quarter of this year. Changing the name to JeepRAM will highlight the strengths of the company.
According to Bloomberg News, AWD is not among the 100 largest shareholders of FCA. Therefore, the changes are still unlikely. Moreover, Exor NV owns a controlling stake, which makes any proposals difficult to implement without their consent.
