FCA Launches Social Advertising CampaignApril 11, 2020
Coronavirus turned the world upside down, and this encouraged Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to launch a new advertising campaign designed to convince people not to drive.
This is at least unusual for the automaker, but the FCA social media campaign is in full swing, and Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep and Ram have already taken part in it.
The Jeep campaign starts today, and it should be pretty familiar, as it is heavily borrowed from the Super Bowl commercial in which Bill Murray starred as Phil Connors from Groundhog Day. However, this time the announcement is different in the following: “We understand that every day begins to seem the same. To stay home. Stay healthy. When it’s over, the trails will wait. ”
The “Work for Home” campaign is slightly different from RAM because it pays tribute to the main employees who support our country in a crisis. Primary care providers include healthcare providers, farmers, and utilities.
Alfa Romeo, on the other hand, promotes “More Powerful in the Park.” The clip says: “Right now, the only race that matters is the human race. The only way to win is to work in a team. ”
The Chrysler ad is out, too, but the Fiat We Are Italy campaign has the voice of Francis Ford Coppola. He notes, “We had hard times, and we will survive it too.”
