Exclusive Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63 Roadster covered with protective filmSeptember 29, 2020
Topaz Detailing has published a video showing the process of applying a special protective coating to the body of the Italian supercar Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63.
As you may have already noticed, the Italian car uses many different materials with completely different shapes, which makes it extremely difficult to apply to the protective film in a way that does not change the original appearance of the roadster. The car owner wanted the film to cover not only the body panels, but also the interior parts of the cabin, such as door cards.
The video completely hides the initial stage of surface “disinfection”. The guys at Topaz use pre-cut parts from their own PPF film, which was designed and manufactured using satin paint.
For other elements of the car, such as the exposed carbon fiber body panels, the guys opted for a glossier film. After hours of squeezing annoying bubbles off surfaces, the end result is truly impressive.
The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63 is a truly rare car. Under its hood is a 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 770 horsepower. Somehow a British company specializing in detailing got hold of the first ever copy of this model in the back of a roadster. Fortunately, all the work of the Topaz ateliers comes with a 5-year warranty.
Not so long ago, AutoTimesNews wrote that they demonstrated the track Lamborghini Essenza SCV12. Lamborghini has revealed the Essenza SCV12, which is track-oriented. The circulation of the novelty will be 40 copies.
