Ex leading Top Gear Jeremy Clarson named the best and worst cars of the yearDecember 21, 2019
The eccentric host of the British automobile show called his own rating of cars of the past year. On his list were a variety of cars – from hatchbacks to sports cars.
According to Jeremy Klarskon (ex-leading Top Gear) there are no better segments, types or classes of cars. In each category you can find your “ideal”, as well as the most unsuccessful model. Therefore, an expert with many years of experience presented his own rating of the best and worst cars of 2019.
The most amazing instance among the best models was the Peugeot Rifter GT Line minivan. He was noted for ease of handling, a small turning radius, as well as a comfortable suspension. At least Clarkson didn’t even notice that he was driving through a speed bump. The best ranking also included: Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio, Ferrari 488 Pista, Ford Mustang V8 GT Convertible, Audi R8 V10 perfomance quattro, Renault Megane RS Trophy, Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography, Suzuki Jimny and Mercedes-AMG A35 4Matic.
But among the worst models, not many cars were noted. However, all these copies are popular in the market and are admired by most motorists. So, among the worst cars of 2019 were the BMW X5 xDrive 30d M Sport, Audi TTS Roadster, as well as the Toyota GR Supra.
A little earlier, Jeremy Clarkson named the best sports car and the best people’s car, they turned out to be the Ferrari 488 Pista and Bentley Continental GT V8, respectively.
