In a letter of Elon Musk, it is stated that, thanks to this return, Tesla will be able to make a profit and continue its normal operation

The head of Tesla Elon Musk appealed to the suppliers asking for a part of the money that was paid to them under the terms of the contracts from 2016 onwards. The corresponding letter was at the disposal of The Wall Street Journal. The official confirmation of this information from the American company is not yet available.

The letter states that due to this return Tesla will be able to make a profit and continue its normal functioning. In the company itself, they are only talking about negotiations with suppliers to reduce the price of some contracts.

The company Tesla Motors in 2017 suffered a record loss – the net loss of the American manufacturer of electric cars exceeded two billion dollars. The total annual income of Tesla was $ 3.3 billion, but the total net loss was $ 2.24 billion, which is three times more than losses in 2016 ($ 773 million).
