Now the leaders is Tesla Model X, but the British brand in the face of Jaguar I-Pace will be able to make a worthy competition. On the eve of the company released a promo video about testing test samples of this novelty in camouflage in California.

The world premiere of the production version of the electric crossover Jaguar I-Pace will take place at the international auto show in Geneva in early March next year. Immediately after the debut, the British are ready to begin selling it in their home market. The first copies of the buyers will receive in early summer.

At the moment, the final stage of testing a new cross is carried out. According to the representatives of the company, the car is already ready for 99 percent.

Let us recall that the prototype I-Pace was previously presented, and the serial version will not differ much from it. The crossover will receive a body length of 4.7 meters with a wheelbase of 3 meters. The salon will be very spacious. Places for luggage will be more than enough – 530 liters. Since the car will be electric, the designers decided to place under the hood an additional small cargo compartment for 28 liters.

Power plant Jaguar I-Pace consists of two electric motors produces 400 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. The battery capacity is 90 kWh. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is about 4 seconds. And the minimum power reserve of the electric car will be 320 kilometers.
