Electric Chevrolet Bolt revealed during filming of commercialNovember 19, 2020
The other day Chevrolet showed the salon of its electric car. Now the battery-powered hatchback has been captured without the ubiquitous camouflage.
Fans of environmentally friendly cars have been familiar with the Chevrolet Bolt electric car since 2016. Now the manufacturer is preparing to offer customers a seriously modernized electric hatch: the premiere of the new product is expected in the coming months.
While the Americans are completing the preparations necessary for the upcoming debut, a photo of the updated Chevrolet Bolt without disguise has appeared on the Web. The electric car was captured in North Carolina during the filming of a commercial. These pictures (or rather screenshots) show the front of the restyled car.
Note that the video was initially leaked to the Web, but GM asked its author not to publish the footage. At the same time, screenshots from the video were scattered throughout the virtual space.
The newest car differs from the previous Chevrolet Bolt by the absence of a decorative black grille. Now on the “nose” of the electric hatchback there is another visual accent – a new trapezoidal insert. Head optics also have nothing to do with the “pre-reform” Bolt. Not only the exterior of the electric car has been updated, but also its interior. Moreover, the manufacturer has already allowed fans to look inside the new car. The electric car got a redesigned front panel and an enlarged display.
The restyled Chevrolet Bolt EV will reach the conveyor only next summer.
In the meantime, the first teaser of the new Mercedes-Benz Citan has hit the Internet. The image turned out to be uninformative. Perhaps very soon the Germans will publish another teaser, where they will reveal interesting details. The premiere of the new car is scheduled for the second half of 2021.
