South Korean company is developing a special application that allows the owner to control and make changes to the seven main characteristics of the car
Future all-electric models of Hyundai can be customized using a special application on a mobile gadget. It is reported by the press service of the South Korean automaker.
The new system will allow the owner to control and make changes to the seven main vehicle performance. For example, the driver will be able to increase the maximum torque of the unit, adjust the intensity of acceleration and deceleration, change the level of energy recovery during braking, as well as set the maximum speed.
At the same time, the program will be able to independently propose optimal settings based on the route specified on the navigator. In addition, the system can recommend specific settings for both the maximum sports ride, and for economical movement.
“Hyundai Motor Group plans to release 44 models of green cars by 2025, including 23 models of electric vehicles. In this regard, we are actively exploring the possibility of applying new technologies and services related to vehicles that do not burn fuel, ”said Hyundai researcher O Chonsu. “By developing revolutionary mobile solutions like this, we will continue to increase the pleasure of using electric vehicles adapted to the personal preferences of users.”
