Details about the high-performance version of the Ford Bronco Raptor SUVJune 29, 2019
The guys from the YouTube channel The Fast Lane Car published a video with fresh information about the Bronco SUV, which reportedly came from a reliable source who was directly acquainted with the revived car project.
Some news is not surprising. An insider says that the weird test machines that we have sometimes seen do not have a Bronco serial body – instead, they use other body styles. In addition, a 2.3-liter engine was reportedly scheduled for production, although we were notified earlier this week thanks to an electronic catalog at a Canadian auto parts store. The source also confirms that the American novelty will be offered as a two-door and four-door car, and yes, it will have a removable roof.
The cool stuff comes with obvious confirmation that the company’s plans have plans to create the Bronco Raptor. The source mentions only this name, but rumors say that such a car can be similar to its Ranger pick-up truck in its high-performance Raptor with its components and assemblies.
In addition, the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine will join the engine range of an SUV, and this can be quite exciting as the engine generates 325 horsepower and 542 Nm of torque in the current F-150 truck. Even more exciting is the conversation about the 5.0-liter Coyote V8, which would be really great, considering that Ford is positioning Bronco as a direct competitor to the Jeep Wrangler SUV.
Another interesting point is the return of the Bronco Maverick SUV. The unnamed source claims that a small version of the SUV will be sold under the name of Bronco Maverick.
Not so long ago, our publication wrote that images of a “charged” crossover Ford Puma ST appeared.
