Photospies managed to shoot a restyled version of the Skoda Superb during the winter trials. In the pictures, which were published by Carscoops, the flagship model is shown practically without camouflage. The European debut of new items is expected in March this year at the Geneva Motor Show. Premiere car for the Russian market will be held in the third quarter of next year.
Judging by the photos, the updated Superb will receive modified optics, aggressive bumpers and a new grille. Inside the car, the appearance of a new dashboard and a large screen multimedia system is expected.
All technical specifications are kept secret. According to unofficial data, the Superb in Europe will receive a hybrid power plant. It will include a 1.4-liter gasoline engine with four cylinders and an electric motor. The power of this version of the car will be 220 horsepower. On one electric vehicle can drive about 50 kilometers.
Also in March at the Geneva Motor Show, the Czech company will present its new crossover. Most likely, we are talking about a car that will take place below Karoq and Kodiaq. The design of the car will resemble the concept of Vision X. According to unofficial data, the novelty will be called Kosmiq. The compact crossover is expected to be built on the MQB A0 platform. This chassis is already the basis of a number of compact and mid-size cars from the new Volkswagen Polo to the Skoda Kodiaq crossover.
