Demonstrated the updated crossover Haval F7July 25, 2020
At the motor show in Chengdu, an updated version of the Haval F7 cross was presented.
On the exterior, the most noticeable change was the appearance of a new radiator grille with a complex pattern instead of a simple “mesh”. And the main change in the cabin is the new infotainment complex, which has a 12.3-inch display instead of a 9-inch analogue. To fit the touchscreen into the existing front panel, it was necessary to reshape the center air ducts and decorative trims.
The new generation F7 cross became the debut serial model of the Chinese brand, which received a multimedia system based on the Tencent TAI 3.0 OS, offering enhanced online capabilities.
In addition, the Haval F7 in China now has exclusively virtual instruments: two options are offered – with displays of 7 and 12.3 inches. In turn, the manufacturer revised the finishing materials.
The engine range of the novelty is represented by a 169-horsepower 1.5-liter turbo engine and a 2.0-liter “turbo four” with a capacity of 224 hp. Together with the motors, a 7-band robotic transmission with two clutches, a front or all-wheel drive system work.
In the Chinese market, the appearance of the restyled Haval F7 is expected in the coming months.
