Renowned tuning company Dahler has developed a special power boost kit for the BMW M135i hatchback. The car has received additional power, as well as a modified suspension, a more efficient exhaust system and a set of custom wheels.

Moving to a front-wheel drive layout, a completely new version of the Bavarian BMW 1 Series hatchback, in the opinion of many owners of this car, is not as dynamic a car as it used to be. At least in low-power trim levels. In the most powerful performance, the M135i xDrive is said to be a little different.

The guys from the Dahler tuning studio decided to increase the engine power of this car to 348 hp, and the amount of torque increased to 500 Nm.

Overall, power has increased by 42 hp. (50 Nm) compared to the standard version of the BMW M135i xDrive, whose 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder allows the car to accelerate to 100 km / h in 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 250 km / h. Nothing is known about the new acceleration time of the Bavarian hatchback, but, on the other hand, the representatives of the studio said that the Bimmer modernized by them now has a maximum speed of 265 km / h.

Dahler has other upgrades for the new M135i xDrive, such as an exhaust system with ceramic-coated 114mm tailpipes and an exhaust flap adjuster for a more menacing sound. Buyers will also be offered coilover suspension or a set of lowering springs created by the tuner, the latter being optimized for standard electronic damping.

There is also a set of ultra-light 20-inch forged wheels that achieve a 30-35 percent weight reduction over standard alloy wheels. The dynamics of the car is also improved.

Not so long ago, AutoTimesNews wrote that the tuners from the Dahler studio have modernized the BMW X3 M and X4 M. The Dahler tuning studio has created a Competition Line modification package for German crossovers.
