Dacia Duster with a new engine showed In ParisOctober 2, 2018
Crossover Dacia Duster received a new 2.3-liter gasoline turbo engine. The unit was developed by the Renault-Nissan alliance with Daimler. At the moment, this engine is already installed on the Renault Scenic, Renault Kadjar and Mercedes-Benz A-Class. A new version of the car was presented at the Paris Motor Show.
The engine received two versions – with a capacity of 130 and 150 hp. The units can work together with a six-speed manual transmission and a front-drive system. All-wheel drive modification is expected in the middle of next year.

Dacia Duster of the second generation debuted in September 2017 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and its analog with the Renault badge was introduced two months later. The basis of the crossover lay slightly modified platform predecessor.
In Europe, the Duster is available with a 1.6-liter 115-hp atmospheric engine, or with a 1.2-liter supercharged engine with 125 horsepower. Among diesel engines – units with a working capacity of 1.5 liters, developing 90 and 110 forces. Transmissions – manual or robotized with two clutches.
