Crossover Fiat 500X updated and received a three-cylinder turboAugust 28, 2018
Company Fiat introduced restyling compact crossover 500X for the European automotive market. The model received a slightly modified exterior, new inflatable engines and additional equipment.
The basic equipment of the crossover now includes LED daytime running lights and taillights. As an option, new all-LED headlight headlights developed jointly with Magneti Marelli are available.
The model has a “urban” version of Urban, which differs from other options in the design of the front and rear bumper. As for the previous versions of Cross and City Cross, they received new protective plates of the bottom.
Inside there was a new instrument panel consisting of two analog dials and a configurable 3.5-inch TFT display located in the middle. In addition, a new multifunction steering wheel is available.
The line of engines was enlarged due to new inflatable petrol engines: a three-cylinder unit with a working capacity of one liter with a capacity of 120 hp (190 Nm of torque) and a 1.3-liter “four”, which produces 150 hp and 270 Nm. The first motor works in tandem with a six-speed manual transmission, and the second is combined with a six-speed robot transmission with two clutches. In addition, a basic 110-horsepower 1.6 liter engine is available.
The diesel range consists of three engines in volume 1,3, 1,6 and 2,0 liters, which develop 95, 120 and 150 hp. respectively. The car with the top unit is equipped with the all-wheel drive system.
The standard Fiat 500X includes a system for recognizing traffic signs and a traffic control function in the band, and a dead zone monitoring system and an automatic emergency braking function are available for an additional fee.
