Cross-version of the hatchback Hyundai i20 Active received an updateJanuary 10, 2019
After upgrading the “off-road” hatchback Hyundai i20 Active received an expanded set of options. So, when buying basic versions, customers will receive optics with LEDs and wireless charging for gadgets.
Hyundai is preparing for the start of sales of the updated cross-version of the hatchback Hyundai i20 Active. It is planned that the 2019 model will appear in the salons of Indian dealers at the end of this month. Prices for new items will be announced later. For comparison, for the former hatch, Indian motorists had to pay 699,990 rupees.
Recall, Hyundai i20 with the prefix “Active” at one time debuted on the market as an off-road version of the classic hatchback. In contrast to the i20, the cross-hatch received massive wheel arch extensions, new bumpers, a protective plastic kit, increased ground clearance and two-tone body color.
After restyling, the model has acquired new options. So, already in standard Hyundai i20 Active equipped with LED head optics and wireless charging for smartphones. Also, the manufacturer has upgraded multimedia. The drive, as before, has no alternative front, and as the engines are a 1.2-liter petrol engine with a capacity of 83 hp. and a 90-horsepower 1.4-liter diesel. In a couple of them offer a five-step “mechanics” or a six-speed automatic transmission.
