From the Blue Lagoon geothermal complex, Urus crossovers headed along the southern coast to the Krisuvikurberg cliffs, the black sandy beach of Reinisdrangar and the natural arch on Cape Dirholai. From there, the Urus drove through moss-covered lava fields in the area of the Laki volcano to the southern tip of the Vatnajokul glacier. One of the goals of the trip was the demonstration of the work of the Terra off-road mode, which became part of the Animative Adaptive Network Intelligent Management.
The first Lamborghini crossover comes with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with 650 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. Equipped with a pneumatic adaptive suspension with electromechanical active anti-roll bars and an active rear differential, the Urus accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. Maximum speed – 305 kilometers per hour.
