Confederate Motorcycles rebrands at Combat MotorsJune 26, 2020
Confederate Motorcycles, producing expensive and exclusive motorcycles, has changed its name. The American manufacturer, this time, rebranded at Combat Motors. The company issued a press release to explain the reasons for this decision, although they should be obvious to everyone in the light of recent events in the United States.
The press release reads as follows: “We support those who are peacefully fighting for change in the United States and are very happy to make an overdue, but small part of the changes. We believe that the new name better reflects the soul and values of our company, our manufacturing partners and customers. “
The decision to change the name of the company was made in the light of numerous protests against racial injustice and police brutality. Confederate Motorcycles is a name that can bring more problems to the manufacturer than good. For this reason, management made the right decision by rebranding.
The new name Combat Motors sounds. The logo remains the same with minor changes. Most current and past Confederate Motorcycles were named after military aircraft, so the new company name even better reflects the ideology of the manufacturer.
