Concept Nissan Ariya EV shown on renderingsMarch 12, 2020
With the serial version of its electric crossover, the brand promises to introduce fans in the near future.
The debut of the electric concept car Nissan Ariya took place in the fall of 2019 as part of the Tokyo Motor Show. Then the manufacturer showed the car as close as possible to the production version. On the eve of the brand’s You-Tube channel, a curious video teaser of the novelty appeared, showing how the era of EV changes the design of a car. So, the new Ariya Concept EV from Nissan lacks a traditional open grille that allows air to cool the engine. Instead, the car gets a special “shield”, which ideally combines design and functionality.
He gets a very original geometry, behind him the developers “hid” a number of sensors. All of them are responsible for the safety of the driver and his passengers.
Also, the electric Nissan Ariya will be equipped with advanced ProPilot 2.0 technology, which Nissan has already tested on some of its models for the home market. Among them, for example, Nissan Skyline. In general, electrocross will receive an original and memorable appearance, unlike current models of the Japanese brand. Working on the new product, designers turned to the new corporate identity of the Timeless Japanese Futurism brand. The name of the new corporate stylist translates as “Eternal Japanese Futurism.”
