
Compressor kit released for Toyota Land Cruiser Prado
August 24, 2020The Japanese studio Blitz on Monday, August 24, showed a complete compressor system for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with a 163-horsepower 2.7-liter gasoline engine, which increases the engine’s performance.
It is possible to equip a 2.7-liter 2TR-FE power unit with a compressor. Supports cars that rolled off the assembly line since September 2017.
The supercharger, which was created specifically for the Japanese SUV, uses a Roots compressor. The specially coated rotor provides a sharp response. As noted by the manufacturer, the system increases output by 35.6 hp, torque – by 54.7 Nm. As a result, the performance is increased to 199 hp. im 301 Nm.
The system is sold together with a special fuel controller, due to which there is no need to reprogram the electronic control unit of the internal combustion engine.
