Colorado motorist shows off atmospheric McLaren supercar collection
December 8, 2019The collection of Katy Cargill became even interested in the British automaker.
About the unusual American, collecting exotic supercars, said the foreign portal carscoops. Katie Cargill is one of those collectors who collect luxury McLaren cars. While most collectors live in major cities such as Los Angeles, Miami and New York, and actively demonstrate their wealth in social networks, Cargill prefers the privacy and regularity of Colorado. Her carefully assembled collection can be called impressive: it includes, for example, two McLaren 570S, McLaren 720S models in the signature bright orange shade of Azores Orange, as well as the recently delivered extreme limited-edition supercar McLaren Senna.
Information about the American collection came to the British automaker. Representatives of the brand visited the garage in Colorado, praising the collection there, as well as the surrounding nature. The same McLaren Senna with a carbon fiber body, leather interior and catchy bright yellow accents is not at all the car you expect to meet in the small town of Colorado.
Such dissonance does not wave the “Seine” to travel around the surrounding villages and picturesque mountain roads. In the remaining free time, the hypercar is stored in a specially designed garage, which is filled with unique memorabilia. Cargill herself is truly thrilled to drive McLaren supercars in the wild. According to her, all this looks like a perfect picture from a postcard.
“You feel the car underneath, you feel the road, you see the landscape, and you just can’t believe how lucky you are to experience it,” says Katy Cargill.
Meanwhile, in the old greenhouse, they found a collection of classic Jaguar, which stood motionless for about 30 years. An unusual find was made in the British village of Beaulieu.
