
Citroen introduced the new budget sedan C3L

Citroen has released a new low-cost C3L cross-sedan for its customers in China. A novelty was built on the basis of the C3-XR hatchback, and its main audience, according to the plan of the automaker, should become rather poor buyers from remote provinces and regions of China.
In length, such a car reaches 4,550 mm with a wheelbase of 2,655 mm, and its width and height are 1,748 and 1,513 mm, respectively, and the ground clearance is 147 mm. The luggage compartment here comes to a mark of 627 liters. The interior of the budget sedan was unpretentious. Of the equipment – air conditioning, sunroof, media system with a nine-inch screen and a rear view camera.
The novelty is announced as an all-terrain sedan – hence the special design: plastic door sills and arches.
For the first time in Chinese car dealerships they will sell the C3L, equipped with a 116-horsepower three-cylinder 1.2-liter turbo engine, working in conjunction with a six-speed “robot” with two wet clutches. Later, customers will be offered a version with a manual gearbox. The start of sales of new items is scheduled for the summer. Closer to this date, prices for the Citroen C3L will become known.
