Citroen C4 received new enginesApril 2, 2021
Citroen is expanding its range of new compact models by introducing simpler petrol and diesel versions of the 2021 Citroen C4.
The new 2021 Citroën C4 is now on sale. Citroën’s long-awaited new generation of compact is a notable success, proof of which is that demand has exceeded the brand’s initial estimates, leading to increased production. To continue the growth in sales, new versions of the model were introduced. Their appearance, in turn, makes it possible to significantly reduce the starting price of the Citroën C4.
The Citroën C4 engine range now has high efficiency petrol and diesel versions. The first uses a 1.2-liter PureTech engine with 100 hp. With this block, the French compact can accelerate to a maximum speed of 184 km / h, and the average fuel consumption is 5.6 l / 100 km. The diesel novelty uses a 1.5-liter BlueHDi with 110 hp, which has a top speed of 193 km / h and an average consumption of 4.4 l / 100 km. Both engines are paired with a manual transmission and front-wheel drive system.
Depending on the engine chosen, we may have access to more or less trim levels, including Live Pack, Feel and Feel Pack. The only performance these motors are not available in is the top-end Shine.
The Citroen C4 Live Pack standard equipment includes active braking with collision warning, lane departure warning, driver attention monitoring, traffic sign recognition, hydraulic progressive shock absorber suspension, electric parking brake, multiple airbags, parking assistant, automatic headlights and a tire pressure sensor.
The model also received 18-inch wheels, LED headlights and DRLs, fog lights with cornering function. The salon boasts multimedia with a 10-inch touchscreen and support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, Citroën Connect Box, as well as heated and electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, dual-zone climate control, leather steering wheel, center armrest and anti-reflective interior mirror …
Feel Pack adds Citroën Connect Nav, head-up display, heated and electrically adjustable folding mirrors, 18-inch alloy wheels, passenger package, high-gloss black package and luxury seats.
